James Walsh is a Melbourne based industrial designer with a passion for material and process experimentation. Through this approach to designing, Walsh has developed a number of pieces that identify new ways of reusing waste materials, while also demonstrating exciting approaches to traditional, often primitive processes in the creation of his sculptural work.

Having worked within the various areas of industrial design, Walsh has developed products within the commercial furniture and lighting industry for leading Australian companies.
